Use of microwave ablation in the treatment of patients with multiple primary malignant tumors.

摘要: A 56-year-old man was admitted to our hospital in 2007, complaining of an irritating cough. Computed tomography examination demonstrated a mass the right lung and enlargement hilar mediastinal lymph nodes. Small cell cancer confirmed by pathological after fibro-bronchoscope biopsy. The patient treated with received sequential chemotherapy radiotherapy. Preventive radiotherapy whole brain performed complete remission disease. Seven years diagnosis, follow-up computed revealed masses both liver kidney. Subsequent percutaneous biopsy hepatocellular carcinoma renal clear microwave ablation for treatment tumors, is doing well no recurrence two years follow-up.
