摘要: Nanoindentation creep behavior was studied on a coarse-grained Al0.3CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy with single face-centered cubic structure. The effects of the indentation size and loading rate were investigated. experimental results show that hardness, depth, strain rate, stress exponent are all dependent holding load rate. shows remarkable effect at different maximum loads. dominant mechanism is dislocation high loads self-diffusion low An obvious sensitivity found under rates for alloy. A can lead to gradient, numerous dislocations emerge entangle together. Then during time, large deformation characteristic will happen.
