摘要: Abstract A simple and rapid method for synthesizing graphene modified LiFePO 4 /C nanocomposite has been developed the first time by using a microwave heating. The obtained sample is characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), Raman spectra, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) various electrochemical testing techniques. XRD results indicate that nanosized olivine /(C+graphene) successfully synthesized. size of as-synthesized nanoparticles can be controlled below 200 nm with good reproducibility through this route. TEM image shows are embedded in sheets. performance reveal modification could construct an effective conducting network, which significantly enhance properties based composite, including high discharge capacity, stable cycle performance, rate capability small charge-transfer resistance. excellent synthesized via heating promising cathode material rechargeable lithium-ion batteries.
