摘要: The Brazilian Atlantic Rain Forest is amongst the most diverse biomes in world, but processes that shaped its biodiversity are still poorly understood. We used one mitochondrial and two nuclear markers to evaluate phylogeographic patterns of endemic harvestman Acutisoma longipes closely related species investigate biogeographic history this biome. results showed low intrapopulation diversity strong population structure, suggesting poor dispersion locations. Phylogenetic analyses pointed three main lineages congruent with geomorphology south-eastern region Brazil (Serra do Mar, Serra da Mantiqueira, interior plateau).
