Prognostic and Immunological Value of Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2 in Pan-Cancer

摘要: Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) plays a pivotal role in the renin-angiotensin system and is closely related to coronavirus disease of 2019. However, ACE2 cancers remains unclear. We explored pan-cancer expression patterns prognostic value across multiple databases, including Oncomine, PrognoScan, Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis, Kaplan-Meier Plotter. Then, we investigated correlations between immune infiltration cancers. found that tumor tissues had higher levels compared with normal tissue kidney liver lower lung. High were beneficial survival ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, renal papillary cell clear although this was not case lung squamous carcinoma. For those better prognosis, there significant positive infiltrates, B cells, CD8 + T CD4 neutrophils, macrophages, dendritic cells. In conclusion, could serve as biomarker correlated infiltrates.
