摘要: Clinical use of mefenamic acid has generally declined in an era where other NSAID flourished. While having modes action and general toxicities similar to NSAIDs, acid, as a member the fenamates, nevertheless possesses some unique vitro effects that have potential distinguish this agent from others. Use drug remains relevant for pain syndromes gynecological disorders, albeit with considerable competition NSAIDs. New basic science considerably improved understanding biochemistry acid. As well maintaining its traditional settings, there is tremendous expanding application niche roles.
