摘要: Morphogenesis of Trichostrongylus rugatus was examined in 16 sheep experimentally-infected with 120 000 third-stage larvae and killed 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20 days later (DAI). Third stage moulted between Days 4 fourth on Day 10 after infection. Four first passed eggs the faeces 18 Rate growth constant 2 DAI followed by a period rapid from to DAI. Major features larval development are described. Nematodes were largely restricted 6 m gut 71% worms occurring 3 m.
