摘要: This invention relates to a method for the prevention and treatment of orbital disorders associated with aging eye in mammals by application topical composition comprising permeation enhancing amount one or more penetration enhancers, bio-affecting agents which penetrate into underlying tissues vascular network orbit. Another object this is improvement age-related changes eyelids such as dry skin, wrinkles, keratoses, age spots pigmented skin lesions. It further prevent treat cataract formation, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy macular degeneration.
