摘要: Zinc pollution impairs neural processes and protein function also effects calcium-related transcriptional regulation enzyme activity. In this study, we investigated pathways that potentially respond to calcium signaling under Zn2+ stress. Specifically measured relative expressions of GeCNAα, GeCNB, GeMT, GeTNF-α, GeIL-1β, GeHsp90 in gills, livers, kidneys the indicator species Gymnocypris eckloni found wide variation their expression between tissues during course exposure. Notably, GeMT were rapidly strongly up-regulated gills; GeIL-1β transcription was quickly induced kidneys; most livers. GeCNAα showed a contrasting late up-regulation. These results suggest independent branches for chelation immune responses self-protection against toxicity, response appears be faster than metal chelation.
