Building a wordnet for Turkish

摘要: This paper summarizes the development process of a wordnet for Turkish as part Balkanet project. After discussing basic method-ological issues that had to be resolved during course project, presents steps construction in chronological order. Two applications using are summarized and links resources builders provided at end paper.
