摘要: In this paper we present a new algorithm for matching 3D MR angiography volume image with two 2D X-ray angiograms without using artificial markers. The goal is to prove the feasibility of such technique, and long-term aim be able report catheter position in pre-operative image, during an angiographic examination. First, vessels centerlines are computed novel algorithm. Then performed extension ICP Special care taken dealing outliers. Comparing results on real data our stereotactic frame-based registration, accuracy method proved better than 2 mm worse case good repeatability. This makes it usable clinical applications.
