摘要: The antibiotic 2,4-diacetyphloroglucinol is a major determinant in the biocontrol of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria associated with crops agronomic relevance. phlD gene useful marker genetic and phenotypic diversity 2,4-DAPG-producing rhizobacteria. A two-step amplification procedure was developed order to assess directly presence environmental DNA, avoiding tedious phlD-positive strain screening isolation. We found predominance one or two alleles wheat fields cultivated rice–wheat rotations for twenty years, suggesting that continuous cropping would lead an enrichment particular genotypes. also recovered new sequences no close relative among known sequences, indicating part allelic might have been missed using standard media culture conditions.
