摘要: Several protein- and glycoprotein-based chiral stationary phases (CSPs) have been developed for separations of enantiomeric compounds. Protein-based CSPs so far included albumins such as bovine serum albumin, human trypsin, α -chymotrypsin, lysozyme, pepsin, fatty acid-binding protein, penicillin G-acylase, streptavidin, whereas 1 -acid glycoprotein (AGP), ovomucoid from chicken egg whites, ovoglycoprotein whites (now, it is known AGP (cAGP)), avidin, riboflavin-binding ovotransferrin (conalbumin), cellobiohydrolase, glucoamylase, antibody (immunoglobulin G). This review chapter deals with the preparation CSPs, their retention recognition properties, mechanistic aspects in recognition.
