Management of Vascular Anomalies and Related Conditions Using Suction-Assisted Tissue Removal.

摘要: Vascular anomalies and related conditions cause overgrowth of tissues. The purpose this study was to determine the efficacy safety liposuction techniques for pediatric diseases. Patients treated between 2007 2015 who had follow-up were reviewed. Seventeen patients included; median age 12.7 years. causes included infiltrating lipomatosis (n = 7), capillary malformation 6), hemihypertrophy 1), infantile hemangioma lipedema macrocephaly-capillary 1). Forty-seven percent enlargement an extremity, 41 facial hypertrophy, 12 expansion trunk. All subjects a reduction in size overgrown area improved quality life. Suction-assisted tissue removal is effective technique reducing volume subcutaneous compartment with diseases.Therapeutic, IV.
