摘要: The regulation of gene expression is the most basic level at which genotypes encoded in DNA can manifest themselves into observable phenotypes. In eukaryotes, regulatory networks (GRNs) describe web through transcription factors and microRNAs tightly regulate spatial temporal genes. yeast, Escherichia coli, animals study GRNs has uncovered many network properties responsible for creating complex behavior such as organism growth, development, response to environmental stimuli. plants, just starting gain momentum thanks new high quality genomes development tools GRN mapping. Here, we review latest advancements plant techniques used produce them. We also discuss emerging field dynamics methods currently being developed measure function plants.
