摘要: A novel modified base-catalyzed Sol-Gel process containing polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) has been proposed to prepare the porous SiO2 film. In this process, growth of sol particles was artificially broken off and controlled by acid-stabilising agent PVA. As a result, uniform stable precursor solution obtained in which size stable. This new efficiently overcomes shortcomings traditional base-catalysed can be employed films with desired porosity thickness. The influence catalyst, reaction temperature, pH value, stabilizing PVA additive on is systematically studied part I.
