摘要: Achieving administrative e ciency is one of the objectives pursued by e-governance. Many aspects government to citizen and business exchanges may be streamlined through an adequate use information communication technologies (ICT). However, among various challenges facing e-governance, legal issues regarding data protection privacy are often perceived as curbing full potential ICT ciency. In this paper, we introduce a decentralized management model used for development e-government in Belgium that illustrates how dot not have opposing forces. We discuss key it complies principles design approach. assess its overall strengths weaknesses well support further requisites such right transparency.
