摘要: Abstract Two kinds of polymeric ellipsoidal microcapsules (EMCs) with different functional groups (phosphoric acid and imidazole groups) were synthesized via precipitation polymerization incorporated into sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) matrix to prepare hybrid membranes. The structure, thermal stability composition EMCs characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). quasi-one dimensional structure endowed high water uptake retention. Especially, for the membranes filled 5 wt.% phosphoric acid-functionalized EMCs, was increased from 19.0% pristine SPEEK 58.2%, retention 15.1% after 180 min testing at 40 °C 20% RH, which is threefold ninefold higher than those membranes, respectively. Particularly, proton conductivity low RH still up 3.51 × 10−3 S/cm 60 min testing. results manifested that microcapsules, as a new kind filler, had great potential in enhancing low-humidity exchange
