摘要: Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GF-AAS) using direct atomization of the acidic sample solution was studied to establish a rapid and sensitive determination procedure trace impurities (Pb, in Co) high-purity vanadium, niobium hafnium. The interferences matrix elements were minimized by stabilized temperature platform (STPF) method thereby sensitivity GF-AAS significantly improved. When weighed amount 1 g, limits detection (ppm) given 3σ blank values as follows: vanadium (Pb 0.12, 0.02 Co 0.07), 0.06, hafnium 0.06). proposed does not need complicated pretreatment such ion-exchange separation or solvent extraction.
