摘要: After removal of a dental implant or extraction tooth in the upper jaw, closure an oroantral fistula (OAF) communication (OAC) can be difficult problem confronting dentist and surgeon working oral maxillofacial region. Oroantral acts as pathological pathway for bacteria cause infection antrum, which further obstructs healing process it is unnatural between cavity maxillary sinus. There are different ways to perform surgical OAC. The decision-making influenced by many factors. Consequently, requires combination knowledge, experience, information gathering. Previous narrative research has focused on assessments comparisons various techniques OAC/OAF. Thus, not yet been described comprehensively. present study aims illustrate all factors that have considered management OACs OAFs determine optimal treatment.
