摘要: Using the pulsed nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, spin-lattice (T1) and spin-spin (T2) relaxations times of water protons from samples pectoralis major muscles normal (line 412) homozygous dystrophic 413) chickens were measured. Both T1 T2 significantly increased (P less than 0.05) in muscles. The mean values relaxation are given +/- S.D. 654 22 msec 692 41 for 39 4 52 7 msec, respectively. Although content (78.9 0.6%) determined by gravimetric methods was higher (74.9 1.1%), this difference tissue hydration could not explain quantitatively increase results measurements seem to suggest that there changes composition and/or conformational state proteins.
