摘要: This paper describes the methodology used and results found in a spectrum measurement campaign, held city of Bogota Colombia, it took place during seventeen months, from March 2012 to July 2013, these data were collected different frequency bands order evaluate performance for services, was concluded that there is under-utilization this resource, given current fixed allocation scheme reveals need implement dynamic access technologies as cognitive radio.
