摘要: To address challenges related to selecting a valid, reliable, and appropriate readiness assessment measure in practice, we developed an online decision support tool aid frontline implementers healthcare settings this process. The focus of paper is describe multi-step, end-user driven approach developing for use during the planning stages implementation. A multi-phase, was used develop test usability tool. First, measures that are were identified from systematic review. Second, mapping exercise performed categorize individual items included according key constructs existing framework. Third, modified Delphi process collect stakeholder ratings on domains feasibility, relevance, likelihood recommend. Fourth, two versions prototype evaluated usability. Nine valid reliable revealed nine measures, most (78 %) focused assessing change at organizational versus level, four (44 %) represented all readiness. During process, stakeholders rated as feasible relevant reported they would be likely recommend measures. Using data panel, algorithm link users based characteristics their setting priorities. Usability testing yielded recommendations refine Ready, Set, Change! . implementation designed facilitate routine incorporation early step Use practice may offer time resource-saving implications
