摘要: Abstract Coolant liquids having glycol contents in the range of 20–30% (p. wt.) have been identified as hazardous organic waste. According to total vehicle coolant liquid consumption FRG approximately 200 000 metric tons per year (t/year), less than 40% these used are submitted for disposal by methods which compliance with environmental legislation, such incineration. Recently, some waste management companies started pure distillative recovery processes resulting a quality allowing reuse product. For dewatering water content 5%, membrane hybrid process has developed offering and economic advantages compared processes. Laboratory- bench-scale qualification tests performed different components. The lay-out cost estimations plant capacity 12 t/year result investment costs 4.5–5 million DM. operating 430 DM/t liquid.
