摘要: Abstract Between 1969 and 1988, 401 patients were treated by radical hysterectomy pelvic lymphadenectomy for Stage IB cervical carcinoma at the University of Alabama Birmingham. In multivariate analysis, pathological tumor diameter ( P = 0.0005) proved to be dominant two histopathologic features that significantly correlated with overall survival. Although 5-year survival group was 85%, in lesions >3.0 cm regional nodal metastasis less than 30%. This discrepancy surgically early-stage cancer supports a need subcategorization risk factors such as pathologic dimensions status further investigation alternative neoadjuvant adjuvant therapies those deemed high poor
