摘要: Abstract The activities of porcine lactate dehydrogenase(LHD) isoenzymes were analyzed using nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide(NAD) or its analogs as a cofactor, with varying concentrations l -lactate from 13 to 530 mM. greatest differences between H 4 -type and M in reaction rates observed when their compared mixture containing mM NAD, also system thionicotinamide-hypoxanthine dinucleotide cofactor. ratio the LDH activity exerted former that latter was termed N/T value. values 0.49 9.33, respectively. other three (H 3 1 , 2 ) calculated by assuming single subunits contribute one-fourth respectively, given isoenzyme which is combination four comprises sum values. agreed fairly well experimental results. value method found be applicable human isoenzymes, sera various patients comparison normal sera. particularly suitable for numerical expression profiles.
