摘要: Flexibility from residential loads presents an enormous potential to provide various services the smart grid. In this paper, we propose a unified hierarchical framework for aggregation and coordination of in community, such as Thermostatically Controlled Loads (TCLs), Distributed Energy Storages (DESs), Pool Pumps (PPs), Electric Vehicles (EVs). A central idea is virtual battery model, which provides simple intuitive tool aggregate flexibility distributed loads. Moreover, multi-stage Nash-bargaining-based strategy proposed coordinate different aggregations flexible demand response. Case studies are provided demonstrate efficacy our managing peak power community.
