摘要: Changes and differences in homogeneity of asphalt concrete specimens during Marshall Rolling-Wheel compaction are investigated by means standard air-void content determination (AV) X-ray Computer Tomography (CT). Following an earlier study on Gyratory with the same objective material, this study, again, focuses experimental aspects serving as a basis for laboratories producers to optimize procedures devices. The results demonstrate that CT is powerful tool leading better understanding mechanisms. In way, may be considered very suitable developing improved laboratory methods procedures.
