An empirical examination of service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior: The roles of justice perceptions and manifest needs

摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this study is twofold. First, we explore the relationship between organizational justice and service-oriented citizenship behavior (SOCB). In particular, focus on perceived distributive procedural justice. Second, examine moderating effect need for achievement affiliation.
