摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this study is twofold. First, we explore the relationship between organizational justice and service-oriented citizenship behavior (SOCB). In particular, focus on perceived distributive procedural justice. Second, examine moderating effect need for achievement affiliation. Design/methodology/approach paper employed an online cross-sectional survey approach distributed questionnaires to service employees at a large organization.
