摘要: Abstract Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) can be applied for pH-sensitive delivery of anticancer drugs. Due to the importance 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in different tumor therapy regimens, it has been widely used pH dependent drug systems. To investigate effects on loading (and release) 5-FU from) functionalized MWCNTs and propose optimum condition delivery, both macroscopic microscopic studies were carried out using chromatography molecular dynamic simulation at conditions. For levels studies, analytical approaches performed assess validity methods. The experimental results revealed that more binding affinity surface nanocarrier physiological (pH = 7.4) showed release acidic conditions (pH = 5.0). Meanwhile observed basic (pH = 9.0) lead a dramatic decrease effect drug. this study suggest nanocarbon based formulations cancer therapy.
