摘要: Tetrahedral amorphous carbon (ta-C) films with nanoscale structural anisotropy, which are obliquely deposited on a substrate by filtered cathodic vacuum arc deposition (FAD) technique, allow anisotropic growth of mesostructured silica thereon. The ta-C have uniformly tilted columnar structure, is caused the self-shadowing effect during oblique deposition, and consequently, surface film can be morphologically when angle large enough.
