摘要: Tetrahedral amorphous carbon (ta-C) films with nanoscale structural anisotropy, which are obliquely deposited on a substrate by filtered cathodic vacuum arc deposition (FAD) technique, allow anisotropic growth of mesostructured silica thereon. The ta-C have uniformly tilted columnar structure, is caused the self-shadowing effect during oblique deposition, and consequently, surface film can be morphologically when angle large enough. When two-dimensional hexagonal mesostructure grown under hydrothermal conditions these films, cylindrical mesochannels aligned perpendicularly to direction ta-C. distribution in-plane alignment controlled ta-C; it becomes narrower increase consequent roughness. observed ...
