摘要: Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of hyperglycemia. The disease exists in all populations, but developed societies, prevalence has risen as population ages and above becomes more obese. In prediabetic state, type involves two defects, peripheral insulin resistance hyperinsulinemia, which followed by failure secretion to compensate for resistance. As with nearly any disease, it likely that multiple environmental genetic factors are involved development An acquired pathogenic factor obesity, particularly visceral obesity. Compelling evidence suggests progressive dysfunction hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, elevated levels circulating cortisol, implicated HPA axis perturbations associated obesity can be accounted for, part, increased stress destabilizes hypothalamic-pituitary system individuals susceptibility.
