摘要: Atrial myocytes of mammalian heart contain a peptide hormone, termed atrial natriuretic factor (ANF), which has potent (1) and vasorelaxant activities (2,3). ANF is released into the circulation responding to blood volume expansion, where it believed play an important role in restoring maintaining constant volume/pressure cardiovascular system. been purified multiple different sizes whose amino acid sequences have determined by number investigators (4– 9). These peptides are apparently derived from single precursor protein sequence deduced nucleotide cloned cDNA (10,11). However, mechanism processing yet remains largely unknown.
