摘要: Introduction Little is known about the relation between duration of physical activity and obesity. The objective this study was to compare effects in bouts (> or = 10 minutes) nonbouts ( Methods We used data from 2003-2004 National Health Nutrition Examination Survey on body mass index, waist circumference, objectively determined levels for 3,250 adults aged 18 years older. After controlling relevant confounding variables, we performed multiple linear regression analyses predict index circumference bout nonbout minutes moderate- vigorous-intensity (MVPA) accelerometer counts activity.
