摘要: The influence of processing conditions on screen-printed Ag-(Bi, Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox tapes with a ceramics mono-layer core has been investigated. Three kinds fabrication process, which consists combination cold working (rolling and/or pressing) and sintering, were applied for tape fabrication, the results are compared. Four-times repetition pressing sintering after pre-sintering produces c-axis-oriented microstructures, yields Jc = 1.5 X 104 A/cm2 (Ic 10.0 A) at 77K in B=0T also 9.0 × 60.0 23 K B=0T. A better crystal alignment that high values is accompanied by pronounced anisotropy 77K, as function angle θ between B c axis. Screen-printed multi-layers (1≤N≤5) fabricated, where critical current increases from 8.0 to 30.2 N increases.
