Superconductivity modulated by internal pressure in Ce(1-x)Gd(x)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) compounds

摘要: It is shown that the superconductivity in Ce1−xGdxFeAsO0.84F0.16 compounds can be modulated by internal (chemical) pressure. The pressure induced Gd substitution for Ce CeFeAsO0.84F0.16, which compresses crystal lattice. temperature dependences of resistivity and magnetization show superconducting-transition Tc enhanced from 40 K CeFeAsO0.84F0.16 to 47.5 Ce0.6Gd0.4FeAsO0.84F0.16. increase subsequent decrease upon application external pressure, as observed previously LaFeAsO0.89F0.11, entirely confirmed modulation superconductors
