摘要: It is commonly accepted that the requirements for maintenance and diagnosis should be considered at earliest stages of design. For this reason, methods analyzing diagnosability a system determining which sensors are needed to achieve desired degree highly valued. This paper clarifies different properties proposes model-based method for: 1) assessing level discriminability system, i.e., given set sensors, number faults can discriminated, its diagnosability, related total anticipated faults; 2) characterizing minimal additional guarantee specified diagnosability. The takes advantage concept component-supported analytical redundancy relation, considers recent results crossing over fault detection isolation communities. uses model analyze in an exhaustive manner redundancies associated with availability performs from full assessment. applied industrial smart actuator was used as benchmark Development Application Methods Actuator Diagnosis Industrial Control Systems European project
