摘要: Purpose – The aim of the study is to explore how organizational culture influences occurrences workplace bullying in Estonia as a post‐transitional country. Another objective produce comprehensive empirical evidence specific cultural context.Design/methodology/approach survey based on internationally well‐known research instrument, Negative Acts Questionnaire Revised (NAQ‐R) (Mikkelsen and Einarsen) Organizational Culture (QOC) (Vadi et al.).Findings Victims bullying: 22 percent at least one negative act per week; 9.3 two acts 0.6 by definition (several times week or daily); 8 (occasionally). results reveal clear relationship between task orientation culture.Practical implications present indicates factors level where preventive actions are needed to...
