摘要: Metabolic syndrome is highly prevalent in the U.S. and a harbinger of diabetes cardiovascular disease (CVD). With staggering rise diet-related chronic diseases such as CVD, simple effective dietary intervention strategies are needed. National recommendations ever-changing complex, which can be overwhelming confusing for individuals who trying to prevent or manage condition. Some evidence suggests that healthy changes one area diet associated with other untargeted areas (1, 2). There an opportunity bridge dietetics research gap by testing message focusing on fiber intake improve risk factors metabolic syndrome.
