摘要: Risk assessment in chemical process industry is a very important issue for safeguarding human and the ecosystem from damages caused to them. Consequence an integral part of risk assessment. However, commonly used consequence estimation methods involve time-consuming complex mathematical models simple assimilation losses without considering all factors. This lead deterioration quality estimated value. So, modeling has be performed detail major with optimal time improve decisive value risk. The can broadly categorized into production loss, assets health safety environment loss. In this paper, conceptual framework developed assess overall components losses. Secondly, methodology calculation losses, which are normalized yield consequence. Finally, as illustration, proposed applied case study plant involving benzene extraction. result using scheme compared that existing methodologies.
