摘要: We present a network based approach to characterize organizational architectures in terms of three domain elements individuals, tasks, and resources. Characterizing the possible relations among these results five relational primitives Precedence, Commitment resources, Assignment individuals Networks (of personnel) Skills linking demonstrate utility this model for re-characterizing classical theory generating series testable hypotheses about performance.
