Automatic modelling and 3D reconstruction of urban buildings from aerial imagery

摘要: A method is presented that automatically generates 3D models of generic house roofs from aerial images residential areas in urban sites. Crucial to the possibility delineating regions correspond well actual roof structures. Restricting processing relatively small allows at all stages algorithm use constraints are not very tight, and, same time, keep combinatorics under control. All modelling done by reasoning 3D. By adopting a strategy hypothesis generation and verification authors only capable exploiting available image data every step algorithm, but also treat views equally. Decoupling topology retrieval metric accuracy makes it possible generate test combinations which otherwise would have been ruled out more tight constraints. The implemented tests on correctness completeness extracted performed.
