摘要: Environmental issues and legislation pressures have forced the manufacturers to exert more effort in product recovery. This necessitates a production plan take recovery greenhouse gas emission into account. However, before doing so, myth that re-using recycled products would increase total cost or decrease profit needs be clarified. Therefore, this study, we shall first show closed-loop consider both manufacture remanufacture economic beneficial than single activity of either remanufacture. Second, when conduct recycling reality, how estimate amount re-utilized is another issue. In concept expected value transformed from fuzzy rate adopted with intervals describe its degree uncertainty. Then, based on periodic demands, for batch proposed analyzed form mixed integer programming model (FMIP), such costs cost, holding emergency procurement backlogging penalty excessive carbon can minimized different degrees satisfaction. A numerical example presented illustrate validity impact close-loop system flexible applications.
