摘要: Summary A large scale fractionation of tRNA from the posterior silkgland silkworm Bombyx mori L. by countercurrent distribution is described. One single 1,500 transfer carried out with Phosphate buffer - Formamide Isopropanol (PFI) solvent system yields highly enriched isoaccepting species increasing mobility order: Gly 1 , Ala 1–2 Tyr 2 Ser and 75 per cent, 70 90 60 cent purities respectively. Nucleosides fingerprint analysis each iso-tRNA confirms anticodon structures previously suggested for (IGC), b (U*CC) (IGA). Twenty two minor nucleosides, three them unknown structure, have been detected. They are: m 5 C in I all species, polar A* U called X U* derivative mt 6 i . Both 3 ac 4 C. We do not detect Q, Y thiol derivatives. The elution characteristics may be expressed a semilogarithmic diagram where log K (K partition coefficient) related to base ratio A/Y) coding properties. pattern tRNAs has compared that Yeast Rat liver fractionated PFI PMB (Potassium phosphate buffer, 2-methoxy ethanol, 2-butoxy ethanol) systems.
