Client satisfaction of maternity care in Lorestan province Iran

摘要: Background: Client satisfaction is an important indicator for assessment of the quality care provided. Detecting patients dissatisfaction and trying to find most effective costly services basic way improvement service quality. The purpose this study was determine level women in maternity centers (hospitals) Lorestan University Medical Sciences, Iran. Materials Methods: In descriptive cross‑sectional study, 200 who received during childbirth province hospitals assessed using a researcher‑made questionnaire. Women units completed questionnaires. Results: mean score 66.6 ± 3.5. lowest related getting know delivery room (64%) vaginal examination (66%). highest confidentiality information (86%) trusting midwife (84%). Regarding environmental factors, respecting silence pain (69.5%) cleanliness hygiene Conclusions: Our results suggest relative receiving health province; but does not that perfect. By reviewing policies existing programs regarding promoting services, managers can increase clients’ satisfaction.
