摘要: Parvoviruses are a group of small DNA viruses with ssDNA genomes flanked by two inverted terminal structures. Due to limited genetic resource they require host cellular factors and sometimes helper virus for efficient viral replication. Recent studies have shown that parvoviruses interact the damage machinery, which has significant impact on life cycle as well fate infected cells. In addition, due special structures genomes, useful tools study molecular mechanisms underlying infection-induced response (DDR). This review aims summarize recent advances in parvovirus-induced DDR, focus diverse DDR pathways triggered different consequences
