摘要: Liver masses in children can be malignant, benign, or indeterminate and they are a diverse group of epithelial mesenchymal tumors whose incidence vary considerably with patient age. [5] Two thirds liver malignant. [6] Unlike adults, which the predominant histology is hepatocellular carcinoma, hepatoblastoma accounts for two children. [7] Other malignancies include sarcomas, germ cell tumors, rhabdoid as well more familiar hep‐ atocellular carcinoma. Benign vascular ha‐ martomas, adenomas, focal nodular hyperplasia. The anatomy pediatric tumor guides treatment prognosis. [8]
