摘要: Abstract Emeraldine (EM) film prepared from concentrated N -methylpyrrolidinone (NMP) solution gel at 150 °C in air (EM-150) has a significantly higher mechanical strength than that of the EM dilute NMP room temperature (EM-25). The nigraniline (NA) films oxidation either EM-25 or EM-150, leucoemeraldine (LM) reduction suffer small loss strength. LM EM-25, however, lacks any appreciable strength, although its is substantially enhanced when heated to 200 °C. strengths all other increase only slightly exposed temperatures above and up X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results suggest intrinsic state ([=N−] / [−NH−] ratios) for both types NA decreases steadily temperature. For increases about 100 before showing decrease temperatures. EM-150 does not vary with However, states After exposure 300 °C, have same [=N−]/[−NH−] ratio lost effect polyaniline (PAN) on properties discussed.
