摘要: The emergence of regenerative medicine as a multidisciplinary field has contributed to the development novel stem cell therapeutics for various diseases, including wound repair and skin regeneration. A number different types cells from adult perinatal human tissues have been studied in both preclinical clinical settings. focus this chapter is highlight most promising, or emerging, with substantial evidence safety efficacy animal studies. specifically discusses healing regeneration utilizing derived bone marrow, adipose tissue, skin, amniotic membrane/fluid placental they hold great promise related their practicality, abundance, ease access propagation, cost, possibility rapidly reach clinic. brief discussion at end provides some issues that are believed impede rapid transition considerations such promising therapies
