摘要: There is accumulating evidence indicating the presence in vivo of T-independent routes IgA response addition to conventional T-dependent response. Factors influencing these alternative pathways responses may include structural characteristics a stimulating antigen, nature responding B cells, and microenvironment. The complexity polysaccharide antigens has made it difficult summarize general scheme for antibody they induce. Instead, one expect that each individual be able create unique microenvironment by activation specific cell populations repertoires non-T types. A pattern thus elicited TI stimulation. Recognition such property necessary us better understand Information obtained have an impact on development vaccination strategies directed at mucosal immunity mediated antibodies.
